The car was stopped yesterday in south Dublin.
Gardaí stopped a driver and arrested him after finding him in violation of a number of road traffic offences.
The man also had his car seized as a result of the Garda intervention.
He was first stopped by officers on patrol for using his mobile phone while driving.
Gardaí then carried out a test for alcohol and drugs on site.
He later tested positive for cocaine, cannabis and opiates.
The driver was also found to have no NCT on the car or tax.
He was a learner driver and travelling unaccompanied with no L plates.
