Talks will take place today on new Covid-19 guidelines for the reopening of nightclubs and live venues this Friday.

Business owners are looking for urgent clarity ahead of the reopening in two days.
Covid Certs will continue to be used to access indoor hospitality, while social distancing is also being kept.
The maximum number of people allowed at a table is 10 adults, and five children per booking.
Co leader of the Social Democrats, Roisin Shortall, says proper regulation of covid vaccine certs will be crucial;
"About a third of the premises that were checked weren't bothering with covid certs and that needs to be dealt with. At the moment there's a lack of clarity about what agency or who is actually responsible for enforcing that."
She says there's a very small number of HSA inspectors but they don't work out of hours.
Case numbers
It comes as 2,399 cases were reported yesterday, the highest daily total since January 22nd when we were under a strict lockdown.
473 COVID-19 patients are in hospital, which is a drop of 11 from Monday. 74 people are in ICU, up one.
The 5-day moving average is 1,890.
