Things are about to get messy!
David Walliams is officially suing the production company behind Britain's Got Talent.
The case is being made against FremantleMedia on the grounds of data protection.
🚨 David Walliams is SUING Simon Cowell and Britain’s Got Talent producers, after he was axed as a judge ‘over X-rated comments he made about a contestant.’
David is reportedly seeking 'significant damages' following his forced resignation from the show earlier this year.

Last year David Walliams had forced to resign as a judge on the reality competition show when derogatory comments he made about a contestant were leaked.
He was talking with his fellow judges during an ad break when they weren't being filmed about some auditions they had just seen.
The leaked transcripts caught David Walliams repeatedly referring a man a "c*nt" and some sexually explicit comments about a female contestant after her audition.
"She’s like the slightly boring girl you meet in the pub that thinks you want to f*ck them, but you don’t. She thinks you want to f*ck her, but you don’t."
These comments came to light in November of last year and former Strictly Come Dancing judge Bruno Tonioli replaced him on the judging panel.
There's no denying he made the shocking comments, which is more than likely putting him out of work when TV shows would be looking to avoid the controversy!
But he can still make a case for his private conversations being leaked on the grounds of GDPR so we'll have to see if he has any luck getting a big settlement out of this!
