Concerns Raised Over Plans Of 506-Bed Co-Living Development

Plans for a new 506-bed co-living development in the city centre have been met with opposition.

It would involve four blocks ranging up to almost 50 metres tall which is twice the city council's permitted height.

The development would be built on two sites in the market area on Mary's Lane and Halston Street, according to The Irish Times.

Local councillors have raised concerns over the height of the proposal and also the spacing per bedspace.
