A team of firefighter-paramedics came to the rescue when a Dublin woman went into labour on Christmas Day.
A fire engine from Tallaght and an ambulance from Blanchardstown arrived to help the Lucan woman give birth at home.
There were another 14 Christmas babies reported by maternity hospitals across the city.
