Zac Efron has opened up about the accident that shattered his jaws and made fans freak out over his 'extreme new face'.
The actor is currently promoting his new movie A Family Affair which is causing the internet to speculate over the serious change in his face in the last few years.
"'What happened to Zac Efron's face? Did he get a bunch of filler?" one user wrote on social media.
There's no doubt that there's been a physical change in Efron's appearance but he wants to clear up that it wasn't by choice.

In an interview with Men's Health back in 2022, the actor revealed the real reason his jaw looks so different.
He spoke about a terrifying accident he had in his own home were he slipped in a puddle of water and smashed his chin into a granite fountain.
He recalled how he lost consciousness and woke up to find his chin bone was "hanging off" his face.
Zac explained how the masseter muscles on the inside of his face and jaw 'compensated' for his injury and grew in size, leading to his changed jaw shape.
'The masseters just grew. They just got really, really big,' he shared.
