The Spice Girls released their debut single 'Wannabe' 20 years ago today and to celebrate they have finally given us what we want, what we really, really want by announcing the reunion we have all been waiting for.
In a video posted online this morning, Geri Halliwell, Mel B and Emma Bunton confirmed they will be reforming as a trio now known as GEM.

Earlier this week it was reported they will perform in Hyde Park next summer and it looks like it's full steam ahead.
It's not known if Mel C aka Sporty Spice will be involved. In an interview this week she said she was undecided:
"I am keeping tight-lipped. There are lots of discussions going on.
"Right now I am in the studio working on my own album and that is my focus. I'm taking it slowly."
