The sweetest gesture!
The 1975 headlined TRNSMT festival in Glasgow over the weekend. Matty Healy was front and centre showing up in a doctor's coat and fake glasses.
Healy paid many tributes throughout the show and even to his famous Father, Tim Healy who was brought on stage to sing the week before at a Finsbury Park concert in London.
Healy announced to the crowd to take out their phones for an important announcement towards the end of the set, saying:
“On Saturday in Reading and Sunday in Leeds, in celebration of ten years of our debut album, The 1975 will be playing that album in full in support of our good friend Lewis Capaldi".

The ‘Someone You Loved’ singer was set to headline at TRNSMT festival but after performing in Glastonbury and struggling with Tourette’s syndrome,
announced he would be stepping away from touring for the foreseeable.
Lewis' statement read: "The fact that this probably won't come as a surprise doesn't make it any easier to write, but I'm very sorry to let you know I'm going to be taking a break from touring for the foreseeable future".
