Delaney Clements was only 7 years old, when she was diagnosed with cancer neuroblastoma.
Now 13 she is a huge Taylor Swift fan and her one wish was to meet the popstar.
After making a video asking Taylor to meet Delaney the singer made her dreams come, when she accepted her invite.
Delaney took to twitter to thank the 'shake it off' singer for making her dreams come true.
"Literally speechless right now!!!!! My new best friend ( as I call her now ) made a special stop from going home to Tennessee and surprised me and gave me the best present/ hugg ever!! Thank you !! I love you!! Happy holidays!!@taylorswift #Delaneymeettaylor."
