Things have taken a turn for the worse with this split...
It's been one of the most talked about Hollywood divorces in a long time, and now it looks like Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner's situation is only getting messier.
The latest update is that the Game Of Thrones actress has sued her estranged husband to return their two young children to England.

This comes after NBC obtained court documents where Sophie filed a claim that Joe had wrongfully retained their children in New York from their "habitual residence" in the UK.
The documents read that the couple had decided to permanently live in the UK so their children could go to school there. But now that tensions are rising between the couple, it seems they can't agree on where the children should stay. It's been reported that Joe has brought their two young daughters on tour with The Jonas Brothers.
Obviously all these complicated things need to be worked out in a divorce and as it plays out publicly, it looks like they can't reach an agreement.
The pair reportedly met on the 17th of September to discuss the conditions of their separation and it didn't go well, with Joe allegedly refusing to hand over their children's passports to allow them to go back to England with Sophie.
