Saoirse Ronan took home the Best Actress award, at last night's New York Film Critics Circle.
The actress received the award for her outstanding role in Brooklyn.
The awards are the oldest given by film critics in the US and are often seen as a way of indicating potential Oscar nominations.
This week the Irish star was also listed in Forbes 30 under 30 who sad, "she set critics fluttering with Brooklyn, which many expect will earn her a second Oscar nomination.”
