Rihanna will take to the stage at the Brit Awards. The news was confirmed on Twitter overnight.

It'll be the fourth time she'll have performed at the event but her first appearance since 2012 - when she belted out We Found Love and won International Female Solo Artist.

Rihanna's just released her eighth studio album ANTI - which has already gone platinum in the UK. She's expected to perform her new track Work, which is a collaboration with Drake.
Adele, Justin Bieber, Coldplay and James Bay will also perform at the ceremony in London later this month. Meanwhile, Adele, James Bay and Years & Years lead the nominations.
The Brit Awards 2016 take place on February 24th.
