Paul Mescal repping Ireland in more ways than one!
Paul Mescal has been named in a list stating the most handsome men in the world, according to the golden ratio.
The Kildare actor came in at No.3 on the list, which measures how attractive someone is according to the Greek Golden Ratio Of Beauty Phi.
The actor’s eyes, eyebrows, nose, lips, chin, jaw and facial shape were measured and came close to the ancient Greeks’ idea of perfection, earning a score of 92.38.

So who pipped our Paul to make it to the top spots?
Emily In Paris star Lucien Laviscount came in second with 92.41 percent and Bullet Train actor Aaron Taylor Johnson made the top score of 93.04 percent.
The list was compiled with the latest computerised mapping techniques by Harley Street facial cosmetic surgeon Dr Julian De Silva.
Dr De Silva, who runs the Centre For Advanced Facial Cosmetic And Plastic Surgery in London, said:
“Paul Mescal, who takes over the role of Gladiator from Russell Crowe in the new blockbuster which is out next month, is the most handsome man in Ireland, according to the Golden Ratio rankings.”
“He came third overall and had the highest mark for his square chin which scored 98.6 percent. He was marked down for his thin lips which only scored 82 percent.”
