He’s having none of it!
Paul Mescal is the man of the moment, with his first big blockbuster Gladiator II being released in cinemas next month.
Ahead of the big premiere, the Kildare actor was interviewed by GQ magazine, where he was asked about *those* TikTok rumours.

The rumour was that after Paul spent the night with someone, he’d take them for a walk in the park the next day before running away from them.
Being a notoriously private person, Paul had long avoided addressing these rumours, but he’s finally clearing it up for good.
When asked about the rumours, the actor said he and his siblings were watching the videos together and found them very funny.
“We were looking at the videos and we were pissing ourselves at it. Categorically untrue. And we were laughing, laughing, laughing, laughing.”
While the younger members of the Mescal family found the rumours a bit gas, Paul admitted that they upset his poor mam.
“And the one thing that upset me was that I was in the kitchen, I remember my mum looking at the videos and she was getting upset,' Paul said. 'Isn’t that devastating? I was like, Oh, it’s funny to us - my brother, me, my sister - because we know that this is the way the internet works.”
“It’s hilarious. If it was true, it’d be fucking bad, but as a rumor, it’s funny. Then I was like, Oh, if you’re a mother, her impulse is to come out and be like, "He wouldn’t do this".”
