Niall Horan performed 'This Town' at the BBC Radio 1 Teen Awards yesterday in a surprise appearance.
It's the first time the Mullingar native has played his debut solo single on live TV.
The One Direction star suffered a technical glitch during the performance when audio cut during the song, but he carried on like a pro.
Niall took to Twitter after the performance saying that it was "good to be back on stage".

Niall was on The Graham Norton Show earlier this month. He chatted about going travelling around South East Asia with his cousins and getting lifts home from the Guards after nights out when he's back in Mullingar.
