Miley Cyrus has admitted that she wears heels when she’s in the gym.
In an interview with W Magazine, the Flowers singer revealed that she has an unusual workout attire.

“My mantra is, like any athlete: ‘Practice how you perform.’ So that’s why I practice in my heels,” Cyrus explained. “The gym looks really tough, but then I’ve got my ivory Gucci slingbacks because they remind me of Marilyn Monroe.”
Well if she’s running around the stage in heels it definitely makes sense to practice in them!
She continued: “I’m interested in feminizing the workout space, because so much of the workout equipment is ugly.”
Miley's 2023 hit Flowers won Record of the Year honours at the Grammys earlier this year, and in the W Magazine interview, she expressed how gratifying she found her "first time actually being taken seriously" by the awards body.
"No shade, but I've been doing this for 20 years, and this is my first time actually being taken seriously at the Grammys?," the 31-year-old singer said.
"I've had a hard time figuring out what the measurement is there, because if we want to talk stats and numbers, then where the fuck was I? And if you want to talk, like, impact on culture, then where the f**k was I? This is not about arrogance. I am proud of myself."
