Mel B to Divorce Husband of 10 Years

Former Spice Girl Mel B has filed for divorce from her husband Stephen Belafonte.

The papers submitted to LA Superior Court cite irreconcilable differences and the date of separation as the 28th of December.

The couple were married in Las Vegas in 2007 and have a five year old daughter together called Madison.

They've asked a judge to award joint custody

Stephen has a 13 year old daughter from a previous relationship while Mel B has two other daughters aged 18 and 9.
