The Blink-182 drummer and reality star went public with their relationship earlier this year.
Barker arranged the proposal at a beach in Montecito, near Santa Barbara in California, according to People and TMZ.

This will be the Kardashian's first marriage, who shares three children with ex-partner Scott Disick.
Barker was previously married to Melissa Kennedy and model Shanna Moakler, with whom he shares two children.
Kim Kardashian shared her congratulations with the couple on Instagram, posting a video of the pair soundtracked by Bruno Mars' Marry You.
