Kanye West made a long acceptance speech when he collected his Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award.
Taylor Swift presented him with the award. Taylor has clearly moved on from the whole 'Imma let you finish' incident which happened back at the VMAs in 2009, when Kanye ran up on stage and took the microphone from her to say that Beyoncé deserved to win her award.
That incident formed a large part of Kanye's acceptance speech, where he's trying to apologise to Taylor without saying "I'm sorry". He spoke about how the media and MTV ran that story to get more ratings and even ran the story that Taylor would be giving him this award to get more ratings.
He then ended his speech by saying 'And yes, as you probably could have guessed by this moment, I have decided in 2020 to run for president.'
We think/hope he was joking...
