Justin Bieber's posted a long message to Instagram explaining why he suddenly cancelled his world tour.
The pop star says he needs to take time out because he wants to make sure his "mind, heart and soul" are sustainable.
He's also admitted he's let broken relationships dictate the way he's acted towards others.
