Comparing to the first three films which were released in 2001, 2004 and 2016 respectively, Grant said that the 4th film's script is "the best" thus far.
"It's partly based on [Bridget Jones’ Diary author] Helen Fielding's experiences of bringing up two children by herself after her husband died,” the actor told People Magazine earlier this year.
“And so Bridget is bringing up two kids and wondering whether she should ever go back to dating. It’s a very good script."
We can’t wait!
