There's reports Ed Sheeran has popped the question to his girlfriend Cherry Seaborn. According to The Sun, Ed's friend, Oscar winning actor Russell Crowe, seemingly let the engagement news slip in an interview over the weekend by referring to the singer's girlfriend as his "fiancée".
Speaking to Australian radio DJs Fitzy and Wippa about his friendship with Ed, Russell said:
"Ed was on tour here and was getting a bit burned out so he came up and stayed at the farm for a couple of days to get some sleep and then we became conversational mates.
"He has subsequently gone back to the farm with his fiancée for more time."
Ed's team have yet to respond to Crowe's comment.
Sheeran has been dating hockey star Cherry, who is his former classmate, since 2015.
