Ian McKellen's understudy is set to step in for the actors remaining dates of the 'Player Kings' shows in London.
It happens after Ian suffered a fall from the stage on Mondays show, which left the actor hospitalised.
While the actor who's 85 years of age, is expected to make a full recovery, understandably it was recommended that he stepped out to recover for the remaining dates.
