Bear Grylls and Courtney Cox have teamed up to take on the Irish countryside for Running Wild.
The aim of the show is that Grylls takes celebs into the wild to teach them the skills of survival. He's already spread his wisdom to the likes of Channing Tatum and Zac Efron, and this time it's Courtney's turn.
In a promo clip for the episode, due to air in the States next week, Bear is explaining the limited options for dinner, and Courtney seems a little bit shook.

The new series of Running Wild with Bear Grylls airs exclusively on Discovery Channel, 9pm, Wednesday 31st August.
