While neither parties have confirmed that romance and they haven't exactly been caught shifting, people reckon the two are being pictured together too often to not be an item.
Most recently the pair were photographed getting soaked in the rain while strolling around New York City last week.

They musn't be used to the rain in Manhattan as there's no sight of an umbrella or waterproof mac between the pair of them!
The actor and model first sparked relationship rumours when they were spotted having dinner together at a restaurant in NYC earlier this month.
And days later the pair were spotted together again, seemingly arriving back after a weekend away together.

Although there's a 20 year age gap between the pair, they're both parents (Gigi shares a child with former One Direction singer Zayn Malik) and sources say it's that bond that's brought them together.
