Brad Pitt has sold his mansion in the Hollywood Hills for a $37million profit.
The outlet TMZ reported that the 59 year old actor is finally bidding goodbye to his Los Feliz home where himself and Angelina Jolie raised their kids.
The actor first bought the property back in 1994 from actress Cassandra Peterson and recently managed to sell it for $39million.
Although that's not to say he hasn't invested a lot of money in the property over the years. Brad Pitt has been gradually expanding on the property since 1994 to make it worth the high market value it's at today.

The property is a staggering 6,700 square feet, with five bedrooms and five bathrooms. It also contains a skate park, a ballroom, a movie theatre, a motorcycle garage, a stone house, and a Koi Pond.
There won't be much money left over from the big profit he made on the sale though! The actor is reported to be putting it towards a new home - a $40million mansion in Carmel, Northern California.
