The resurfaced interview clip is dividing opinion online.
Blake Lively is facing backlash over an “uncomfortable” interview clip from 2016 where many Internet users are accusing her of being “rude” and “giving mean girl vibes”.
The clip was posted by the interviewer herself, who uploaded it to YouTube and titled “The Blake Lively interview that made me want to quit my job."
The video, which has now gone viral with just over a million views, shows Blake Lively and her costar Parker Posey being interviewed by the Norwegian journalist about the 2016 Woody Allen film they were starring in, Café Society.
"Sitting down with Blake Lively and her co star Parker Posey for Cafe Society (2016) is the most uncomfortable interview situation I have ever experienced," interviewer Kjersti Flaa wrote in the video's description. "Is it not OK to congratulate someone on their pregnancy or to ask another woman about costumes she is wearing in a film? Let me know what you think in the comments."

At the beginning of the clip, the interviewers congratulated Blake Lively on her "little bump," as the interview was filmed around the time Lively was pregnant with her and Ryan Reynolds' daughter Inez.
Lively responded by saying the same to Flaa, "Congrats on your little bump,” although Flaa herself was not pregnant and viewers interpreted this as sarcasm.
After Blake Lively and Parker Posey had a side-chat about "lovely lady lumps," the reporter told the pair she thought the film was “visually amazing," before asking about the their costume and if they enjoyed wearing them.
"Everyone wants to talk about the clothes but I wonder if they would ask the men about the clothes," Lively asked Posey, before Flaa responded "I would."
Without responding to Flaa directly, Lively then continued talking to Posey about the outfits worn by the men starring in the film.
“It’s not just the women that have the clothes, but I feel like the women get the conversation," Lively said.
The internet is divided on whether or not the actress acted fairly in this interview.
One person wrote: "Blake Lively kept snubbing the interviewer by ignoring her and talking like the interviewer was not in the room. It’s weird and petty-mean behavior."
Another person commented: "These press junkets are awful for everyone involved, except the media. They are monotonous and tedious because the same questions get asked over and over again. I don't think Blake or Parker did anything wrong here; awkward moments happen, and we, as the audience, love to blow them out of proportion and seize every opportunity to be righteously indignant."
What do you think? Was Blake Lively being rude or was it a fair reaction to the questions she was being asked?
