More than 10 garda cars and a helicopter were involved in a car chase of a Mercedes across Dublin last night.
A woman was arrested after leading officers on the pursuit from north Dublin to Wicklow, and back again.
Some of the chase which lasted for around an hour was recorded from inside the Mercedes and shared on Instagram.
Gardaí said they were investigating an “incident of dangerous driving” that began when a car failed to stop at Balbutcher Lane in Ballymun at around 5:55pm.
The woman was arrested at Hampton Wood Drive in Ballymun at 6.50pm.
