Cannabis worth €440,000 has been seized in Dublin following the search of a house and business.
Revenue officers and gardai targeting organised crime groups discovered 22 kilos of the drug in Clondalkin last Friday, with the help of detector dog Scooby.
A 46 year old man was arrested and has been released without charge.
A file is being prepared for the DPP.
The operation was conducted by Revenue’s Custom Service and the Garda National Drugs and Organised Crime Bureau as part of ongoing joint investigations targeting the illegal activities of organised crime groups.
