A cannabis grow house has been uncovered in the attic of a house in Bray in Wicklow.
It followed a surveillance operation by Gardaí attached to the Bray District Drug unit and assisted by the District Detective unit.
A number of cannabis plants, at various stages of maturity, were seized during the planned raid yesterday afternoon. The seizure has an estimated street value of €20,000.
A 38 year-old woman was arrested at the house and has since been released from custody without charge. A file is to be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
Gardaí say investigations are ongoing.
