Addiction Counsellor Austin Prior says "People can go to funerals weddings and religious services....unfortunately these services seem to have got lost in the general conversation about whether pubs can reopen or not".
He also said that anyone struggling should look into possible support meetings online.
Under the new guidelines no organised indoor gatherings can take place in the capital until October 10th.
