There are calls for the Phoenix Park to be closed to cars during level 5 restrictions.
Cyclists say it would create a safer environment.
Back in March the entrance gates to the Phoenix park were closed to traffic as travel restrictions came into effect.
It angered many people who use the roads through the park to access the city centre, a petition was started to have them reopened and they were once restrictions started to ease.
However, the gates have remained opened during this second lockdown and some people are saying they should be shut again.
Kieran Ryan from the Dublin Cycling Campaign says it is not a safe environment.
Cycling advocates say the Office of Public Works needs to close the gates before an accident happens.
