Members of SIPTU and The Revolutionary Workers Union say they will withdraw Go-Ahead services in the Ballyfermot/West Tallaght area if the matter is not addressed.
The drivers have insisted that management introduce protocols to keep them safe.
They want immediate action taken otherwise they say workers will refuse to operate certain routes.
