A development agreement to construct 800 homes off the North Circular Road is expected to be ready within a fortnight.

The party's Daithí Doolan says its time for Dublin City Council to become the lead developer.
"We can deliver a third council, third affordable and a third cost rental funded from the department and the European Investment Bank."
Meanwhile DCC's deputy chief executive, Brendan Kenny, told councillors last night that he expects the development agreement will be ready for signing within two weeks;
"After signing the development agreement the developer will have six months to apply for planning permission to An Bord Pleanála, this planning process takes four to six months and if successful the developer must be on site within a month"
He says all going well building will begin this time next year.
