The hotelier with the slogan 'Bigger Isn't Always Better' is coming to Dublin.
REZz, home to some of the smallest hotel rooms in the country, already has a base on MacCurtain Street in Cork City.
Those looking for a room in their Cork branch can choose from the likes of the 'Teeny-Tiny' and the 'Tight Fit' suites.
REZz's Dublin Base will be just off Dame Lane, home to several pubs and restaurants and a short walk away from Grafton Street and Dame Street.

The hotel is known for its raw industrial finishes and graffiti walls, tailored for those on a budget who don't care about the added amenities.
"A place where you can fall out of the bed, and fall into the action" is a description on their website.
Rooms are available to book to stay at their Dublin site from March 1st.
