Talk about deadlines!
Britney Spears is reportedly “frantically” rewriting her memoir to include her recent divorce from model Sam Asghari.
The international popstar got everyone talking earlier this year when she announced she'd be releasing a 'tell-all' memoir The Woman In Me on the 24th of October 2023.
Following the dramatic coverage of her conservatorship and rumours about her relationship with her family, people have been keen to hear the singer's side of the story.
But all this was before the news came out that Britney's husband Sam Asghari, filed for divorce after just one year of marriage.

A source told the Daily Star about how she is now set to include an the story of the split break-up in her memoir.
“To have such a major moment in her life omitted from the book would be senseless. Her fans want to know what was behind the split."
“Britney is keen to ensure she takes control of the narrative, and there is no better way than to say what happened in her own words in her book.”
Simon and Schuster, the publishers behind Britney's book, are said to have started “busily trying to arrange for her to cover the split before the book goes to press”.
Imagine the pressure of writing your life story under that deadline? Only time will tell if we'll still get The Woman In Me by the 24th of October.
