Students from Belvedere College finished the third night of their annual sleep-out in aid of the homeless early this morning.
They've been collecting cash donations around the city since 7am and are still out raising money for homeless charities HomeAgain, Focus Ireland, and the Peter McVerry Trust.
The Lord Mayor of Dublin Paul McAuliffe visited the group at the GPO this morning to thank them for their efforts.

Harry Hamlin-Maguire, spokesman for the students, says their nights on the street have been tough going -- but the homeless have it much harder.
"We have a big group of us and we're under the GPO but it's really nothing compared to the fact there's people who have to do this every day and that's why we're trying to rais money for the [three homeless charities]," he said.
