Residents in Ballyboughal - just north of the airport - are accusing Dublin Airport Authority of ignoring planning agreements.
They say planes are not abiding by the flying agreement contained in the DAA application to build the second runway, which opened at Dublin Airport last August.
The residents say aircraft departing from the airport are not on the agreed flight paths, which is creating massive noise and interruption.
David Walton of the Ballyboughal Community Council says the noise has become unbearable.
"The new flight path simply allow them to take a 30 degree turn at 850 feet, and this has resulted in fact to making the problem worse, because the planes are turning, and they're coming directly now over Ballyboughal, albeit marginally higher - a couple of hundred metres.
So the noise is just as bad and it's in a narrow area. So, I think it's just moved the problem around."
