Cancel your Sunday morning alarms
Despite the good news we got earlier this week, Aldi won't be selling their inflatable hot tubs this weekend.
The Government has been in touch with the retailer to confirm the product is not essential.
A spokesman for Aldi Ireland told the Irish Mirror, "In line with Government guidance, Aldi has postponed the sale of an outdoor hot tub this Sunday. The item will not be on sale in any of Aldi’s 145 stores during the current COVID-19 restrictions."
"Customers were understandably looking forward to the offer. The outdoor hot tub was not advertised in our weekly leaflet and was added to the website and app in error."
"The product has since been removed from these channels. Thank you to customers for their continued support for Aldi and all our store teams during these challenging times."
Hopefully the Intex Spa Pool will go on sale later this year as restrictions lift.
