The Taoiseach's ruled out any delay in the introduction of water charges following the disruption in Dublin.
The capital remains under night-time water restrictions as a result of problems at the treatment plant at Ballymore Eustace in Co Kildare.
Opposition parties have called on water charges to be put back until the public can be sure they'll get the service they pay for.
But this afternoon the Taoiseach said the disruption proved the need to set up a new body responsible for the water system:
