EU leaders have gathered in Brussels for the second day of their summit.
Yesterday, the Taoiseach warned his counterparts that they must stick to their commitments on supporting Irish banks - as it will be a factor in how successfully we exit the bailout programme.
Enda Kenny also refused to rule out the need for an emergency line of credit for Ireland in the months after the exit.
