There was a positive message from the IRFU management at today's press conference, as a number of players who had question marks about their fitness, should be fit for this weekend's Autumn series opener against Samoa.
Cian Healy returned to training this afternoon, while Paul O'Connell and Sean O'Brien have recovered well, and will train tomorrow.
Rory Best and Mike Ross have also fully recovered and are available for selection.
Keith Earls however, will spend a little longer on the sidelines as he continues to struggle with a knee injury...
But the big news was that the formidable duo of Brian O'Driscoll and out half Johnny Sexton are fit and raring to go.
