Lindsay Lohan’s mam Dina was back in court on a drink driving charge after her arrest in September.
Her lawyer Mark Heller tried to blame her ex-husband Michael Lohan for her behaviour the last time they appeared in court - claiming she has struggled to cope being a single mother.
This time, the lawyer has tried to blame the media for her drink-driving telling the waiting press that they have caused her daily stress.
