A new survey says almost 20 per cent of people selling their homes are doing so because their mortgage is too expensive.
Property website MyHome.ie says almost a quarter of the people they surveyed set a lower value for their home than Revenue did when calculating property tax.
The number of people paying for their homes in cash has fallen to 25 per cent.
