It looks like the building of the new National Children's Hospital at St James' is being delayed again.
Its after reports that the board has changed the terms for the tendering process.
According to the Irish Times, companies competing for the project have already handed in submissions but they'll have to do it all over again now.
A spokesperson for the board has said they'll make up for the lost time further down the line.
