Beaumont Hospital is extending its ban on all visitors until Monday.
The restrictions are part of an effort to prevent the spread of the winter vomiting bug at the hospital.
Beaumont is urging anyone suffering nausea, vomiting or diarrhoea to seek advice from their GP before going to the hospital's emergency department.
