Children's Charity Barnardos says the last five budgets have been crucifying for families with kids.
The organisation's launching a pre-budget sumbission in the city today and wants to tell the government it's completely out of touch.
Barnardos is repeating its call not to hit hard pressed families again in next week's budget.
