The Central Bank is looking for a company to finish building what was to be the new Anglo HQ in the Docklands
Its been sitting half constructed on North Wall Quay since the start of the financial collapse.
Last year the Central Bank announced it was taking it over, and its now putting building contracts out to tender.
Bosses hope they can move in by 2015.
