Ryanair says over 90% of passengers who requested refunds for cancelled flights due to Covid-19 will have their money back by tomorrow.
This figure relates to those who booked directly with the airline, with Ryanair saying it has made significant progress in eliminating the backlog.
Meanwhile, it says thousands of people are being blocked from getting refunds because they booked their flight through a 3rd party screen scraper.
Ryanair insists it has been provided with fake email addresses or virtual credit card details that do not belong to customers.
