The Government is to give the green light to a development of 853 homes on Oscar Traynor Road in north Dublin.
Around 104 million euro in state funds will be used as part of an estimated 357 million build cost.
The development will include 343 social housing units, 340 cost rental homes and 170 affordable purchase properties.
Ground work is already underway and the houses will be delivered on a phased basis between next year and 2027.
